Who operates this service
Submission Preflight is operated by Virtual Projections LLC.
What we process
We process the file and optional ruleset or profile information you send to run a validation. We also process operational data needed to secure, diagnose, and operate the service, such as request metadata, access status, credit usage, and error records.
Files and reports
Completed validation files receive temporary processing and are not retained as a product archive. Temporary processing files are removed after the request. Reports are returned to the requesting browser or API client and are not offered as hosted document storage.
Service providers
- Cloudflare provides network delivery, security, and aggregate web analytics.
- Groq processes rendered page images only when OCR is needed for a scanned PDF and AI-assisted OCR is enabled.
- Stripe processes checkout and payment information. We do not receive complete card details.
- Google Workspace delivers access and support email.
- Google Analytics measures site usage only after you choose “Allow analytics.”
Your analytics choice
Optional Google Analytics is off until you allow it. If allowed, it measures page views and controlled product events such as destination or validator selection, pricing and checkout interest, access method outcomes, file type and broad size range, validation start and outcome, finding count, report download, contact completion, and API-documentation interest. Analytics events do not include uploaded content, filenames, email addresses, API keys, court names, rulesets, source links, raw errors, or report text. Your choice is stored in this browser. Clearing local browser storage resets the choice. Necessary security, access, and service processing does not depend on optional analytics consent.
Campaign attribution
We store sanitized URL parameters named utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term in this browser for up to 30 days. They are forwarded to Stripe checkout with a campaign reference so the purchase can be attributed. Campaign attribution does not collect a referrer, gclid, email, or uploaded data, and it applies even when optional Google Analytics is not allowed.
What we do not do
- We do not sell uploaded files or use them to build advertising audiences.
- We do not use optional Google Analytics unless you allow it.
- We do not represent that a technical preflight makes a file confidential, privileged, approved, or accepted by a third party.
Security and sensitive material
We use safeguards appropriate to the service, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Send only information you are authorized to provide. Do not upload credentials or material unrelated to the requested check. Do not rely on this site as a substitute for a written data processing agreement.
Your choices
Use the contact page to ask privacy questions or make a request related to personal information. Identity verification may be required before a request can be fulfilled.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
