Submission Preflight is operated by Virtual Projections LLC. These terms govern your use of Submission Preflight. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Permitted use
You may submit files you are authorized to provide for a legitimate validation purpose. You may not interfere with the service, probe it unlawfully, submit malicious material, bypass access controls, or use results to make a misleading representation about approval or acceptance.
Validation scope
The service provides limited technical and rules-based checks. A result only covers the identified validator, file, ruleset, profile, and checks that actually ran. It is not legal, medical, grant, regulatory, filing, or other professional advice. It does not submit your material, determine eligibility, or guarantee a third party’s review, acceptance, approval, or outcome.
Payments and credits
Prices, credit costs, taxes, checkout terms, and any expiry policy presented at purchase apply to that transaction. Complex checks may consume 3 credits. See the refund policy for limitations.
Your content
You retain your rights in uploaded content. You grant only the limited permission needed to process the content for the requested service and operate, secure, and improve the service as disclosed in the privacy policy.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, validators, or rulesets. Requirements can change outside our control. Verify current instructions from the relevant destination before submission.
Disclaimers and limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or accepted by any destination.
